The hotel is the best we have experienced in Kolkata..all the staff were very nice and hospitality was great..we couldn't ask for more..we look forward to staying here again in future..Best of best

Close to the airport and there’s a park next to the property. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all courteous and accommodating. Great place to unwind after 2 days of touring.

Mosquitoes outside in the evening. Couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. Mosquito coil and mosquito repellent should be included in their amenities.

"Perfect Quiet and Clean stay"

Good options - had Idli, Cold coffee, Dosa and Matar kulcha. Fruits and kids options were good. Paneer Paratha could be made a bit better with some spices (stuffing was good) (but again it is subjective - may vary from person to person)

"Unexpected bad experience at taal kutir"

The reception was helpful

My stay at Taal Kutir was disappointing. We were a group of girls arriving around midnight and had to carry our own luggage with no staff to assist, which felt unsafe and very inconvenient. Apart from the helpful reception team, the rest of the staff were unresponsive and not supportive at all. Expected much better service for the price and the hotel’s reputation
