Winter Dene Hotel Beach side

Didn't stay nobody to let us in, we've stayed here before when it was a lovely bed and breakfast. Now people rent rooms full time. Residents very helpful, even though their English wasn't brilliant. Phone numbers a waste of time. Luckily found a proper hotel which was able to get us in. We feel Booking com let us down, who ever runs The Winter Dean need training how to meet and greet instead of leaving people in limbo not sure if you have a room. Would like to think we may get some money back but doubt we'll get any response, especially if it's like our arrival in Bournemouth.

After a 2hr journey so disappointed to find The Winter Dean in such a sad state. Previous stays here were really good, garden's kept beautifully, always a warm welcome. Reception manned, didn't have to spend forever waiting for someone to answer your call, then just received an text. So so disappointed.

Only the location.

We spent 1 week and they never clean the room. For every problem you need to call the number they provided.
