The apartment was lovely!

I will opt for one on the 1st or 2nd floor next time.

This stay is the perfect location for exploring St. Pete. Sharon was a responsive host and check-in was a breeze. The door code system made it nice to not have to remember keys. The space itself was comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of wine and the tea selection for the morning. The bathroom was also well-stocked with things like mouthwash and toothpaste. Also, the parking pass made parking at the apartment and around St. Pete fairly easy.

The memory foam mattress was a little too squishy for me, but that’s just my personal preference. The apartment is also on the third floor, so would probably be difficult for anyone with mobility issues to access.

I loved the location and how clean the actual place was. It was beautiful and super comfortable! It was also super spacious for only being one bedroom

It could have had a bit more blinds for the window, especially on the door since you can see directly into the place when the lights are on from the outside. Another thing I didn’t like was the want from the host to not cook anything “with a potent smell”. I felt as if though I could not use the kitchen.

Excellent location! walking distance a bunch of restaurants, bars and a Publix. Had everything we needed. Loved that it had two balconies that you could sit out on. Parking, although it was on the street was fairly easy to find.

No elevator and the unit is on the third floor. Had to lug suitcases up 3 floors. Only challenge we had.

The representative was not helpful when we had a scalding shower issue. They should have immediately moved us to another room. BUT wanted my wife to walk to another room to finish her shower.
