"Not at all maintained house lacking the basic amenities. No value for money. Owner is not all considerate."

Firstly the owner did not responded to the messages. Clothes drying in the washing machine when we reached. The entry to the house was through a green area where the wild grasses were obstructing the entrance. Not at all maintained. No dustbin in the toilet and bathroom. Basic amenities lacking.

It was clean

Could use more towels, hair blow dryer, plates and silverware, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is only basic things. We got buy but would have liked to make toast and have coffee.
