ADEl personal de l’hotel és molt agradable i servicial. Està situat a només 5 minuts en moto de Sapa, de manera que pots gaudir de la tranquil·litat de la muntanya i de les vistes espectaculars dels camps d’arròs.
L’habitació és força petita. La finestra no té vidre, només un tancament de fusta, així que si vols llum natural has d’obrir els porticons que donen a un balcó compartit per tots els clients, cosa que fa perdre intimitat i deixa les pertinences més exposades. El lavabo no té plat de dutxa, fet habitual al Vietnam, i també té una finestra sense vidre ni fusta que dona directament a l’exterior. Vam estar-hi dos dies a l’octubre, amb temperatures baixes, i dutxar-se no resultava gaire còmode, ja que feia fred i podien entrar insectes. L’esmorzar és una mica justet i no disposen de llet sense lactosa ni d’opcions vegetals. Com que no podia prendre llet de vaca, vaig haver de demanar un suc, pagant-lo a part i a un preu força elevat tenint en compte els preus locals.

Es gab keine Vorhänge zwischen den Betten. Leider waren da um die sieben Hunde. Wäre vielleicht gut zu erwähnen, da manch einer Angst hat. Ich wurde auch von den Hunden angebellt. Zum Frühstück bekam ich erstmal einen verschimmelten Toast erwurde dann ausgetauscht. Die Lage ist sehr abseits.

חצי מהמלון היה סגור לטובת שתי קבוצות. המנהל בא בהתחלה ואמר שבגלל שזה סופש יהיה קצת רועש אבל לא לזה ציפינו... הן עשו קריוקי בפול ווליום ברמה שלא הצלחנו לדבר אז בחרנו לא לאכול במלון ארוחת ערב (ואין ממש אופציות באזור). אפילו במלון ליד שמעו את הרעש סביב לברכה המקומות ישיבה לא היו נוחים. בארוחת בוקר נתנו לנו רק אום מה אחת, כנראה כי שאר האורחים היו מקומיים והם אכלו פו... רק אחרי התעקשות נתנו לנו לבחור אום מה נוספת למרות שראיתי שזה הסטנדרט.
