"A very friendly and comfortable place to stay"

The staff were unfailingly, helpful and friendly. The room was of a high standard.

We were warned about the busy road, to be fair. Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs but I would not let that put you off. I used earplugs and slept very well whereas my wife who didn’t, did not fare so well.

Great staff, lovely breakfast and good location for Leeds. Comfy bed and nice towels, good value for money

Radiator wouldn't turn on when I woke up at 1am and it was cold. Not a major issue but the bathroom radiator also wouldn't come on so maybe the heating wasn't turned on.

Lovely room, newly decorated. Comfortable bed, super duvet. Good shower Excellent breakfast served by friendly efficient staff.

I hadn't realised there were ground floor rooms available. Nowhere to hang towel near the shower
