La casa era piccola ma molto calda. I letti erano comodi, e c'erano tanti elettrodomestici per rendere confortevole il soggiorno.

Nulla, forse in po' piccolo per soggiornare per un periodo lungo. Per noi e le nostre esigenze...perfetto.

Ottima posizione, 30 Min da Courmayeur, casa PULITISSIMA, calda e comoda. C' è tutto il necessario.

The flat was warm. There was free parking.

We had to cut our holiday short due to extensive mold present throughout the property. The bedrooms are particularly bad, especially in the twin beds bedroom where our children slept. The host is aware of this issue and when we left early they tried to bribe us to not post a truthful review. We were forced to book another accommodation for the remainder of our holiday, the cost of which we asked to be reimbursed to us by Sophie (282euros) as it was no longer safe to stay in the property. There was mold growth EVERYWHERE but particularly bad in the bedrooms and bathroom. The host is aware this is an issue and before new guests move it they wipe the walls down so you might notice some staining only. Within a couple of days though they get covered in mold again, the consistency of spider webs which can very easily be breathed in. The boiler is not fit to supply hot water for 4 people. You have running hot water for max 30 at a push and this is without running the kitchen tap to do any dishes(no dishwasher) or drinks. Again, the host was aware of the issue but never did anything about it as she said there is no space to fit a bigger appliance. Whilst we were there she replaced the boiler with another one, same size(this is what will give you 30min hot water tops) admitting the old one was full of scale after we complained hot water ran out within 20min and it then took 3hours!!!!! to heat to the max again(that gave us approx 12min hot water). The furniture in the bedrooms especially looks and smells awful. It's not the chic upcycled type, it's peeling, smelly as if it came from a flooded house and dried out. The microwave is tiny inside and very old. It makes it difficult to operate particularly without an oven. There are no curtains, the owner refused to provide any despite curtain poles being in place and asking her a number of times and she suggested we closed the shutters. That meant no natural light as the shutters weren.
