"Excellent"

I loved the location with how private it was with the marsh behind the house and it being very close to the beach.

When we first arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. But once we contacted the owner she was very swift to have to come while we were at dinner. She was very kind and apologized for the over site of the cleaning.
