I liked how spacious it was and how it was furnished , it was quiet and cozy

Very comfortable place. Plenty of room, beds were amazing, nice quiet area, great for families. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Big space

The last day the lights went out and when I called to inform them they never got back to me.

The house was in a good location, and that was the right distance for my business location. The availability of garage was great. Expect some cleaning complaints, the stay was good for the short time I was in that locality

The house needed cleaning, especially the bathroom. The AC filter needs to be replaced. Once I turned on the AC , there was a weird smell in the house.

Ran out of toilet paper no extra roll provided. Also the caulking in the tub needs replacing it has several spots with mold. Stains on the pillows!

Older apartment, but really well organized and maintained. Comfy couches and nice TV in the living room; nicely set up dining room and fully supplied kitchen (all the utensils, pots, pans, and even basic supplies like salt, aluminum foil, etc.). The beds were comfortable and bathroom even had some extra toiletries. Overall quiet neighborhood and access to the garage (once we got the opener) was great.

Unfortunately, on the evening we arrived, parking was prohibited in front of the house (we later found out there was a parade planned on the street), and we couldn't find non-residential parking nearby, which meant that we couldn't get in to get the garage key and park the car. We ended up staying in another location for the night and returning the next day when parking was allowed so we could access the garage opener and park the car in the rear. After that things went pretty smoothly. It is a good idea to have a car at this location. Also, just be careful not to use too many kitchen appliances concurrently with the air conditioner, as it will turn off the power; luckily Derek responded within the hour and we got the kitchen power back on.

Derick’s apartment was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed. We were looking for a large yet affordable place with parking near the United Center, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The private garage was a huge plus; it was great not having to worry about parking anytime. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

Host provided everything we could need and was very accommodating. Apartment was clean and very nice. We just had a party of two but up to five people could be comfortable there, lots of space. Amazing stay!! Thank you!

It’s the Austin neighborhood so travel by train can be difficult if you’re expecting that, but bus is available and you can drive.
