Tesisin konumu muhit olarak çok iyiydi. Binadaki insanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Daire temiz, düzenli, büyük, kullanışlı ve güzeldi. Her ihtiyaca uygun ev ve mutfak eşyası vardı.

Banyo duş kabini her iki köşede yarım cam olarak yaptırılmış. Duş alırken kapı olmadığı için banyonun içi ıslanıyor. Yastıklar rahattı fakat bir yastık değil kare şeklinde kırlent içi kullanılmış. Böyle güzel bir tesise birkaç güzel yastık konulsa daha iyi olur
