Captain's panoramic sea view

The view of Sami harbour, Ithaca and mountains from the balcony was fantastic and there is a tiny beach (Loutro) within 5 minutes walk and bigger beaches (Karavamilos) within 15 minutes walk along the waterfront. The apartment was generous for a couple would be ok for 3. The hosts were lovely with quick and friendly communication. They left us water, orange juice, coffee pods and a homemade cake. There were 3 different types of coffee making (Nespresso, filter and stovetop jug), and a kettle. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans - maybe take an extra tea towel. Washing up liquid and cloths provided. Wifi excellent, air conditioning good. Adequate towels, clean sheets and blankets. The shower is very small which was ok for us but might be tricky for larger people. Also good wardrobe and cupboard storage (iron and board) and hairdryer. Great TV in bedroom with Netflix, Disney etc. There is a balcony with each bedroom and the living area has a big balcony with 2 easy chairs and a dining table and 4 chairs. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from many good restaurants and two decent supermarkets and bakeries.

The only thing which let the apartment down a little for us was the mattresses were so hard. I have a fairly hard one at home but I found these ones very difficult to sleep on.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area but very close to the harbor with all the restaurants and tavernas, so you have everything you need. Everything was perfect.

Δεν έγινε καμία μέρα καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο, χαμηλή πίεση του νερού στο ντους, 2 ρολά χαρτιού υγείας για 4μελη οικογένεια κ διαμονή 5 νύχτες, καφετιέρα φιλτρου!!! (ποιος πίνει γαλλικό κ μάλιστα καλοκαίρι;)

The mattresses are very firm. Borderline uncomfortable. Could have done with a few more kitchen basics eg bread knife and toaster. The ferry which parks up at a quay facing the apartment leaves its engines running all night which provides a continuous rumbling at night within the apartment, which sometimes you can blank out, but other times disturbed our sleep. When the ferry is not there during the day it is lovely and quiet.

Great location with amazing views - a short walk from town, so quiet but convenient. Plenty of food and general stores in town.

Some "essential" self-catering items - like corkscrew, cook's and bread knives, oven dishes would have been useful.

It was a fine location with a great view . Sitting in the sun on the balcony as the sun went down was great. Nearby small beach and famous Antisamos beach only 10 min drive away. Close to the harbour, town and all the restaurants. Good kitchen well equipped. Roomy apartment.

The beds were all very hard.

Location was perfect just a short walk from all the amenities of Sami . The view from the balcony was stunning, Everything you needed for a relaxing holiday .

The only think that could of been better was there was no comfy chairs especially on the balcony where you wanted to sit and marvel at the view .

Location perfect for us. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed. Would come again.

A tea towel would be useful. A spare set of keys.

The view from the balcony is outstanding. Easy parking outside. Close to harbour and restaurants. Very clean. 2 bedrooms and living area. Simply furnished, but very well equipped in the kitchen. The washing machine was very useful.

The mattress and sofa could be more comfortable, but the view more than compensates. The bathroom could do with an update, but is clean and adequate.
