My 9yo daughter rates the general ablution showers as her highlight of our entire Namibia trip. Great stopover camp site. Site well maintained, ablution clean and great standard.

The Skuur and Camping is by far one of the best stay over facilities in Namibia and should be rated as a FIVE STAR Campsite and Luxury chalet venue. Anna-mart, Elzeth and Kokkie made sure we were comfortable and arethe best hosts we met in our tour of two weeks through Namibia. I enjoy taking pictures of the sunrise and was blown over with the sunrise because you can litterally see the sunrise over the full horison.. Amazing stat - we will definitely vist this venue again.

Most friendly & heartwarming hosts we've ever met. I can recommend Die Skuur Campsite ANYTIME! An absolute MUST even if you only need a night sleepover before continuing your travels in Namibia . I am an extremely fussy traveler and prefer chalets, hotels etc however combining camping with good places to stay over, this super clean and beautiful stands made me realise that camping can actually be fun as well!

Very nice and modern campsite, great for our first night camping in Namibia. The family running it were super helpful and welcoming. They offered us the option of a cooked breakfast as well, which was very yummy and abundant. Lastly the gave us a lot of tips and suggestions for our trip ahead.

Magnificent place, peaceful and quiet, it seems to be out of the world. Very kind, friendly and helpful hosts. Magnificent pitch facilities. Private toilet with shower and external shower station with hot shower. Possibility of purchasing primary necessities at the company shop. Easily accessible from the nearby town. Beautiful walk in the surrounding area up to the canyon.
