The location of the property was good since it was walking distance to the conference center, and also was at the back of LX Factory, so multiple eating options. the availability of public transport was also good.

The apartment wasnt clean when we got it. Hair on the bathroom floor, the floor was definitely vaccumed or mopped. There was dust and dust under the sofa. Also, there was construction ongoing and so, lot of noise if we were to open the balcony, which we had to.. since it is summer time and lack of ventilation in the aaprtment.

Flat was great, but everything so dirty.

So dirty! Long time this apartment was not cleaned. I arrived and a cleaner was not finished. Was in the apartment for two hours which was not great for me as I had a long travel. Then it was still not clean (discovered it after the cleaner left). Everywhere hairs, floor sticky, dirty footprints, only one almost empty toilet paper roll in one bathroom. Bed sheets and towels were directly out of the package (some still with labels) and thus not very nice to use. Washed my sheets and towels by myself that I could use them. Did not feel to complain and have this cleaner again in the apartment.
