Everything inside the accommodation was lovely and clean, location is really run down, not safe at night. Parking is a big issue. There is NO PARKING ONSITE as stated on lisiting. When we arrived at the property, the road was closed since Feb 2025, which again WAS NOT STATED ON THE LISTING. You have to park at an NCP car park and pay daily. Parking on the side roads is FREE only between 18:00-08:00. It was really disappointing, not worth the money due to car park and the area being run down with druggies.

The host was super communicative and helpful prior to my arrival to which I am so grateful. Fantastic position for the beach and shops, restaurants and cafes to which there was a lot of variety, giannis had lovely food and helpful friendly staff. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished so much so I’m looking into buying the exact same sofa bed. I couldn’t of asked for anything more for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

If I’m being picky, the smell in the stairs leading up to the apartment was a little stagnant but you couldn’t smell it once you were in the apartment, it certainly wouldn’t be something to put me off coming again or recommending it to other people.

Shower head is blocked. Water running very slowly.

No parking had to use street or car park, location was dark and unwelcoming, I didnt feel safe

Stylish, comfortable and near the beach and restaurants. More boutique hotel-ish than other places in Eastbourne. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable and there’s plenty of room

A very nice apartment, with lovely character and spacious, all the amenities we needed and very comfortable!

The front entrance was a bit sketchy looking, and a little off putting and plenty of stairs to climb
