When checking in I told the receptionist under no circumstance to charge a hold to my debit card and to put it on my partners credit card. Lowe and behold on checkout my debit card had been charged for our stay twice one payment as a hold and one as a full payment. I’m still chasing this up with my bank 24+ hours after checkout. It was a shame as the hotel stay was great, sadly let down by some incompetence.

Tout était parfait voir Plus ! Magnifique chambre spacieuse et bien équipées. Service au Top vraiment un endroit extraordinaire où nous serions bien restés encore plus longtemps. Tout ce service (chocolat le soir) a un prix non négligeable. Pour ce faire plaisir et jouer les stars !
