Electrical problems in the room A/C and lights

Beautiful hotel, nice room and great family pool with waterslides. Good food by the pool.

On our first day, some staff at the pool were not very friendly

The hotel and room was exceptional especially the new tech toilets really loved those, unfortunately didn't make it to the pool due to the erratic weather. The spa facilities are excellent along with the treatments and the staff literally go out their way to help you. The hotel is newly built so has a rooftop bar and excellent food options like Sotogrande restaurant.

Everything was pretty much spot on giving out nice chilled Evian water in glass bottles was a nice touch, not seen that in any hotel I have previously stayed. So this hotel is highly recommended.

Overall the staff we very polite and helpful

I tried on 6 occasions to contact the Manager who failed to respond to any of my requests. The Elevators were not acceptable - at times only one was working resulting in long wait times and annoying stops at most florrs for no reason

The hotel was lovely. The staff friendly and helpful. The pool was great for children and adults alike. There were some lovely families present and everyone chatted. It was good for my daughter because there were some English children that came off the Disney cruise as well, so she was in her element.

The lifts took for a lifetime. In room food options are ok, but just ok. The food quality is ok to good. When asking for English breakfast tea I was told that unless I ask for cold milk in the notes section, they won't bring any milk at all. When I did ask for cold milk, they brought hot milk. Even my Half American Half English 4-year-old knew something wasn't right. Although, the tea brand of English Breakfast was actually a very good brew. On the last night, my little one and I left the pool early, with the intention of having a film night before flying back to NY the following morning. Of course, the TV decides not to work, I phone reception about three times over two hours with no resolve. I ended up removing the TV from the wall, disconnecting the power so it fully rebooted and it worked. When I phoned back to tell them not to bother sending anyone now, I didn't get an answer. Other food options in the area are a little harder to get to.
