The staffs are super helpful ibu Putri the owner is a sweet and friendly person, we stayed before and after Rinjani hike, recommended place. Each room has a great view of rinjani, bathroom is spacious with warm water. Refreshing shower we had after 3 days hike, was the highlight.

The location was amazing and staff was very nice. The food (of the dinner which was not included but still very well priced) was absolutely amazing. The views are TOP!!!

Breakfast was a bit poor in comparison to dinner which was amazing. Also we could hear the neighbours because the rooms are not soundproofed.

Absolutely loved my stay with Poetri! Ita and the whole crew are amazing. Delicious food, great location, and they were super helpful organizing my trekking and activities. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is incredible, it has a beautiful view on the rinjani and the rainforest. One morning we woke up with monkeys on the trees right in front of the bungalows! Priceless Close to Poetri there’s lots of warungs and other things to eat or buy. The staff is super friendly and the owner has an answer to all your questions. She helped us organise tours, hike and visits to nearby areas. They also rent scooters and organise taxi service. The breakfast is good and the warung food is also excellent! You can also book your rinjani tour from them, which it’s a bit more expensive than other places, but they make sure you come back alive. Overall we loved it (except for the noisy neighbours) and we would definitely come back there again.

The walls of the bungalows are very thin, and if your neighbours are disrespectful and loud, then you can hear anything. They should add a sign in the bungalows to keep the noise down after a certain hour. It might help in the future!

Great location right next to the waterfall park entrance. Basic room, but good value for money, even includes a simple but decent a la carte breakfast. Stunning views from the room terrace.

Not all staff can arrange anything, like transport, so that was a bit inconvenient.
