A Casa Formosa

Die Lage war fabelhaft und wir, 6 Personen, hatten mehr als genügend Platz. Der Host war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und ganz einfach mit der Kommunikation. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Duschen sind renovationsbedürftigt.

Ein freundlicher Gastgeber darf nicht über den miserablen Zustand der Wohnung hinwegtäuschen. Die Wohnung ist groß, aber der Zustand eine Katastrophe.

Im Bad fallen die Kacheln von den Wänden; es gibt Schimmel in den Bädern und in den Zimmern. Das Wasser tropfelt nur minimal aus der Dusche. Der Holzboden ist kaputt. Man hat Splitter in den Füßen. Alles ist alt und ungepflegt. Bei aller Liebe zu Vintage, das hier ist Abzocke. Die Betten sind total hart und alt. Auch hygienisch nicht mehr tragbar. Der Besitzer könnte mit wenig Geld, diese Bude zu einem tollen Apartment formen. Die Küche ist bunt zusammengewürfelt. Der Kühlschrank und das Eisfach sind einfach nur dreckig. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse kaputt. Es ist eine Zumutung. Wir kamen aufgrund eines Streiks verfrüht an. Dafür mussten wir dann noch 160 € extra bezahlen.

Le logement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Toutefois étant donné que nous avons passé tout notre temps en extérieur, le confort minimal requis était présent. Nous n’avons quasi pas utilisé la cuisine.

The location was great. Walking distance to most of the things you want to see in Porto. The flat was comfortable for our group of 7. João was very accommodating of all of our requests and went out of his way to meet our needs. Perfect communication with him. We loved the vintage look of the flat.

For the price paid, it was a great value. No complaints at all. Exactly as described and expected.

La ubicación, la limpieza y la atención del anfitrión.

Poca agua caliente para tantas habitaciones.

La vivienda está muy céntrica , muy bien situada y se adapto a las necesidades de los que fuimos. Joao nuestro anfitrión es muy amable y gentil.

La vivienda es muy muy anticuada, le hace falta una reforma. Del total de dormitorios solo hay uno con armarios en el resto lo tuvimos que improvisar y eso que las habitaciones son muy amplias
