Buena Vida Beach Studio Puerto Rico

This is my first time staying at an Airbnb, and I was hesitant about staying there versus a hotel however I was pleasantly surprised to find that it looked exactly like the pictures except that the benches on front of the beds were beige instead of blue. The room was very clean, the tv had beautiful colors, the air-conditioner worked great, it was equipped with everything you need, including blow dryer and iron, plenty of towels, the shower was awesome, and although it faced the other condo building it had a great view of the street to the right and a partial view of the beach to the left. It was super centrally located close to restaurants, Walgreens, casino, and right by the beach. Leon, the owner, was awesome and very quick to reply as well as very helpful and accommodating. Make sure you get the room number because at the gate, they will ask you for it and hand you an envelope. In the room, you will find hanging on the wall a set of keys for the room and the pool key. There's a basketball court and a children's park on the property. Everyone was very friendly!

The location is excellent, access to a parking space for my car, the studio was very clean and cozy.

No electric plugs in bathroom, could be a little noisy due to its proximity to the avenue, no local channels on TV.

Comfortable clean close without being in the mix of things Easily accessible necessities withe the pharmacy and 21 marketplace and pueblo 24 hr grocery

Awesome place ! We stayed with a family of four and the location was great as it's right next to the beach and has all convenience stores and restaurants near by. Very lively. The Studio is beautiful and clean. The staff at the condominium were all great and the owner was really responsive, accommodating, and answered all of our questions.
