Close to amenities, plenty of space.

Some of the beds weren't ready, we had to do them ourselves, not enough towels for everyone. Just a bit dated.

Beds were comfortable

Kitchen tap not working, third bedroom was NOT a bedroom as there was no permanent adult bed in there, the bed was a put-you-up bed not fit for an adult and we were thankful a friend cancelled at the last minute or one of us would have been on the sofa! There was also a hole in the floor under the carpet... Fire alarm not fitted properly. Front door handle needs looking at too as it was extremely stiff to shut/lock. The blinds need changing some were stuck and had mildew and needed a thorough clean.

During our stay, we noticed several faults with the property. As follows: Kettle was unusable and filthy due to the limescale, filthy utensils and trays, we had to wash everything before use. No duvet cover in the main room. Blinds in bedroom did not work, bathroom light was broken. No hand soap/hand towels etc. the toaster tripped the electricity. Mouldy/damp/water stains in the downstairs toilet. And also the fact the property was up for sale. We did contact the owner about these issues and they weren’t very helpful and did not come out and fix it. We had to fix the lightbulb in the bathroom! We had to leave a £300 security deposit, however we left the property in a better state we arrived in. Not worth the money or would not recommend.
