The apartment was clean

We booked for 2 night, then come the same evening we checked in, the host calls us and inform us we have to check out because he has someone for more night, we were forced to check out in the morning after the first night at 10. I had 2 children, it was a hustle for me. The host is rude.

It is a great place to stay with the family, very clean upon arrival, strong internet connection, close to amenities like supermarket, health facility and some recreational facilities such as the beach, marine park, and Haller park. The house is also equipped with the basic day to day needs. The owner also allowed us to extend our checking out time.

The facility is a bit far from SGR MBS terminus. It's good for the owner to restock the toiletries or do a regular check in with the quests to confirm if they have all they need.

The place was so amazing ,high level of hospitality from the management, security was of help, housekeeper Doris she is so hospitable ,the rooms are spacious,decor of high level even it's feel like u are still at home . Moreso the distance is not far from CBD that make it's easier for guests to reach at destination. As for me I will always revisit if am within Mombasa.To the management keep up.

The host Mark is very friendly and a kind soul and allows early check in even as early as you want it. The beds...were big and comfortable The cleanliness here is top notch The mattresses are good quality They provide water,sugar,salt,hand wash, body wash among others The coach in the living room is very comfortable The wifi is super fast We really enjoyed ourselves as a family only that we had no option but to get back home

The welcome by the owner of the Apartment was very warm and excellent. He came to the apartment to ensure were comfortable the following day after arrival.
