The AC connection is not good, if we need hit water, then the ac will be switched off until the geysers are off on all rooms.

Location was good and private beach is good.

Staff wasn't available most of the time. No water and no cleanliness. Food was not that great. We haven't got AC room and fans weren't also not available.

"Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable."

Staff behaviour was very good, I liked their hospitality and staff behaviour. They never says no for anything. Environment was very good to stay with family and friends. Beach is just in front of resort.

Room is little compact, Amira to keep clothes is missing.

"Greedy and unprofessional owner - Rajesh Naik"

I have Had very very poor and disappointing interaction with the owner - Rajesh Naik wrt to my confirmed booking who happened to force to cancel my confirmed booking as he has taken another booking. He didn't bother to inform me as soon as my booking was confirmed and updated us only when we happened to call after a few days leading to considerable harassment as we didn't get any other booking due to considerable time wasted by the owner who came across as highly greedy.
