A modern and stylish furnished house in Reykjavík

Clean, comfortable, chief grade kitchen.

It's not that I didn't like it. Just a consideration for big group: just one shower for so many bedrooms. Hence manage your morning routine accordingly

Very accommodating host.

We simply felt welcome. As if we knew the owner, Erla, and she left the house for a while so that we could move in for our stay. The house was absolutely clean, nicely decorated, cosy, with comfortable beds, stylish furniture and generously equiped kitchen. It also has a terrace with a grill. The grocery shop is just a kilometer or so away, there is plenty room to park your car(s) in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

It was comfortable for 9 adults and in a good location for day trips.

Not a dislike more of a suggestion, having a reference book that provides information like trash pickup, how to operate the washer, etc.. Also, some baking sheets and a french press in the kitchen would be great.

The home is modern and spacious with modern appliances. There were adequate beds for 10 people on three floors.

This home has one and half bathroom although the description said two. I booked this home ONLY because of two bathrooms we needed for 10 people in our party. We chose to stay away from downtown only for that reason as we could not find any home with 2 bathrooms in town. We were disappointed to see only one and half bathroom. On top of that, the half bath had no wash basin. So, we all 10 depended only on one bathroom for two days. The owner never informed us about the wrong description nor about the non functioning half bath! We could not find additional toilet tissues. There were only two hand towels In main bathroom with no towels in half bathroom.The garbage bins were overflowing. The Owner told us that half bathroom should be functional within a week. The owner blames booking.com and accepts no responsibility for her non communication with us about misleading bathroom info or nonfunctional half bath. We plan to contact booking.com

Lots of space for a family of 12 and it was very comfortable. The accommodations were lovely and it was very nice and clean.

The description of 2 bathrooms isn't correct. There is one full bathroom and one other toilet without a sink that had exposed plumbing and wires as if being remodeled or built. If we had known it only had one shower for such a large group, we probably would have booked elsewhere.
