"Beautiful home in need of TLC"

The position was great.

House in need of repair, back lawn full of thorns, my daughter could not play on the lawn. Lots of damp in the house. Also a mouse trap left on the interior patio in reach of my 2 year old. Outside deck lifting, causing a tripping Hazzard.
