Fantastic location. Very nice remodel of old style bungalow tutor house. Perfect place for 2 couples traveling or a family of 5 or less. 2 baths make a huge difference. Steve made sure there was ample linens/towels etc. and provided Kirkland (Costco) soap/shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen is outfitted well and has coffee maker and Keurig. Wifi was sufficient for the 5 of us (5 adults), however we were not there much since we were in town a C&W festival. Downtown is easily walkable and seemed very safe at night. Steve VERY responsive and a great host. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We'll be back for sure.

It's a little pricey but you get the comforts of "home" not a hotel. Parking is a little challenge for a Crew Cab Truck but doable. We found parallel parking in the drive works best and easily maneuvered w a 2 point turn so we were sure to stay out of street.
