location is a bit odd as neighboring area is not pleasant.

Lighting could be improved and windows cleaned up.

Very well maintained and facilitated, good location and Ulo and Oyi were super helpful and friendly

The noise from the streets, especially in late evenings. It’s out of the control from the host but they provide ear plugs too. Very thoughtful. So, nothing really.

Perfect location. Staying here was a lovely experience - it was quiet, clean and peaceful. The hosts are lovely and checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. Will definitely come back to CoHouse for future visits!

Great location! Really nice property with fantastic hosts. We were in town for an important event at Yale and will absolutely stay here next time we come back!

very comfortable and in a safer area than orger parts of New Haven

Very well decorated, very comfortable and charming: the house is originally a historical landmark with beautiful original features but super well renovated with modern Colors and top notch bathroom and kitchen. Convenient place walking distance to large non expensive supermarket. Close to college.

Nice location with comfortable furniture and all the right kitchen plates and utensils to cook at home.

Wish there was a bit brighter lighting in the bathroom —hard to see to out make up on in the low light over the mirror.
