"Horrible staff"

The location is good. Very convenient. The property being new is good. But our room bathroom had foul smell throughout. There was a sevegae pipe issue which they couldn't fix. It was impossible to stay with that' s mell. Staff are not at all trained. 4 nights we stayed not even one day they changed the linen despite several requests. I will rate it just 1 star . Having good property is not enough. The service is most important. Horrible is an understatement for service. Every day we had to recharge the card to open the door. Overall a very bad experience.

The staff, the people and very very poor service. Booking .com should analyse before custo ers take it up.

It is little bit on the outer side of Gandhinagar. Otherwise everything was very good. My stay was safe and comfortable. Thanks to all staff for for their hospitality and cooperation.
