Апартаменти в подвале, воняет сыростю, цвелость на стенах, интернет не работает, телевизор не работает, посуды нет, туалет и душ находиться на общем коридоре, фото не соответствует действительности, ужас не рекомендую!!!

Not the worst location. No bed bugs. The toilet worked fine. It's survivable.

Worst room I've experienced. I paid for 3 days and stayed because I'm cheap. The bed was deformed, the sink in the room leaked and made the floor wet. There was a bucket under the sink, but despite moving it around the floor always got wet, maybe the bucket had a leak too? There was mold or something discoloring the multiple ducts in the room. I couldn't get the shower to work. I moved to a cheaper room at a hotel nearer the city center that was _so_ much better.

Ein schimmliges Kellerapparatement. Also wirklich muffige Luft, Schimmel in allen Ecken. Luftfeuchtigkeit Maximal. Da muss nen nicht behobener Wasserschaden vorliegen. Bad war nicht wie beschrieben Teil der Unterkunft, sondern auf dem Gang. Kein Toilettenpapier, Wasser nach 3 Minuten kalt. Klimaanlage wie beschrieben nicht vorhanden. Fernseher funktionierte nicht, vermutlich auch wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit.Die Butze war so feucht, dass selbst die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche klamm waren. Hatte zum Glück nen Schlafsack dabei. Hab für 2 Nächte gebucht, bin nach der ersten Nacht abgereist, war zu spät am Ankunftstag für was anderes. Hab mir am nächsten Tag was anderes gesucht. Das war wirklich ein feuchtes Kellerloch. Sauber war der Boden. Schimmel Schimmel, sodass man ihn riechen und schmecken konnte. Sowas zu vermieten ist frech, dass es solche Löcher bei Booking.com überhaupt gibt... Scheinbar gibt's da auch null Kontrolle oder Anspruch. Auf eine Erstattung hab ich verzichtet, wollt da einfach nur weg und nicht am Telefon rumdiskutieren. Gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Scheiß auf die Kohle. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und ein richtiger Reinfall. Ok, es gab einen Parkplatz. Das war gut. Die andere Unterkunft war dann gut, Riga ist eine schöne Stadt.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un alojamiento. El portal daba miedo, sucio y en mal estado. Dentro había un olor insoportable a humedad, era un bajo sin ventanas con una columna en medio, muebles viejos y en mal estado. No había utensilios básicos de cocina, solo una sartén rota. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación, las toallas eran de mano y el jabón estaba casi gastado. Además, el anuncio decía que incluía parking. El propietario me indicó dónde aparcar, incluso le envié una foto para confirmar, y me aseguró que estaba bien. Al día siguiente recibí una multa de 30 €. Le pedí que se hiciera cargo y no me responde. En resumen: un alojamiento insalubre, incómodo y engañoso, nada que ver con lo anunciado. Una auténtica pesadilla que Booking nunca debería permitir publicar.

There was no breakfast or soap or shampoo or wifi accessibility

A very dishonest and uncordial and unaccommodating host. I moved out after the first night (instead of three) due to unacceptable aspects (non-conforming with the published description) -- and then did not receive the promised partial refund (reneged on by the host). Nor did Booking.com step-up as they definitely should have done. ...Unlikely that our company will continue to book rooms through this platform (there exist decent alternatives), which continues to work with hosts like this one.
