Mi experiencia fue bastante mala. En mi seguir día al regresar estaba la habitación llena de vapor , la regadera del agua caliente abierta y no hubo gente de mantenimiento que lo pudiera arreglar y ni el Hotel ni Expedia pudieron hacer algo al respecto. Además de ello el estacionamiento no es apto para coches grandes, la bomba se enciende y se apaga toda la noche y la terraza común divide por un cancel a los PH. No hay privacidad. Desocupé un día antes y no tuve ningún tipo de compensación , ni respaldo por medio de la aplicación.

Está muy bien ubicado, solo que no me proporcionaron lugar de estacionamiento, me dijeron que estacionara afuera que no había problema y me pusieron un inmovilizador, la guardia no se dio cuenta y tuve que pagar una multa

Excelente lugar, los baños de las otras suites se oían un poco en la suite en la que estaba, pero aparte de eso, el lugar es muy recomendable.

La habitacion no estaba lista cuando llegue y me tuvieron que poner en otra habitacion por la primera noche. Adicional, se escuchaba todo el tiempo el elevador subiendo y bajando.
