location in the middle of nowhere.

very small, cramped room. Not one single chair.

The room was very pleasant, no TV but decent WiFi, some biscuits would have been nice.

Nowhere to get food, without driving down a narrow lane for 20 mins. It would have nice to know that. The actual access to the property is poor, uneven ground, poorly lit. I am disabled and struggled.

The property is in a great location. It is clean, comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller staying one night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location was beautiful.

I felt that the room was of a poor standard.Although it approximately have Ben freshly painted and a new carpet fitted, the decor was done to poor standard with holes in the walls and shoddy bits patching up here and there. There was a handheld shower head on the bath, but nowhere to hang it to enable me to take a shower. Also, as the family live in the house, it was quite noisy. Not as relaxing as I'd hoped.

Problem with the water supply

Beautiful location, lovely people. Warned in advance that water supply was on and off, with option to cancel, I didnt have a problem, but 5l bottle of water supplied for drinks. Comfortable bed, bathroom with a view.

Room small, no breakfast included but no reall facilities to make anything. Toaster, kettle and fridge provided but nowhere to store anything, no crockery or cutlery until asked. Did not sleep well due crows nesting in brjoken chimney outside bedroom window, it's on the list to repair. Lovely family, boys s bit noisy in the morning, but that's family life. No TV

Lovely country location. Martyn (host) was very helpful and responsive.

My navigation system was pretty poor so I had trouble locating the exact road. But Martyn called as soon as I messaged and gave me great directions.
