Great apartment, prefect size for the 3 of us with everything you need, brilliant location close to station and city centre. Lovely terrace at the top to chill and enjoy the sunshine as well as balcony to the kitchen and bedroom. Brilliant host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch den Vermieter. Fehlte etwas, wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen.

Bardzo czysty i przestronny apartament. Kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowania jedzenia. Wysoka jakość pościeli, ręczników.

Apartament znajduje się na 2 piętrze i są dosyć strome schody. Do apartamentu należy wspaniały taras na dachu więc może warto pomyśleć o wstawieniu tam leżaków. Jedyny problem w tym apartamencie to niskie ciśnienie wody w prysznicu.

Très bien placé, très bien équipé & un accueil au top par Sabino qui parle français 😁 Cuisine très bien équipée et on apprécie beaucoup les petits plus déjà présents : l’huile d’olive, le sel, le poivre, le sucre… Décoration faite avec goût !

Sabino ist ein außergewöhnlicher guter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit sehr vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt und der Kontakt mit ihm war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als wir angenommen hatten und war für drei Personen sehr komfortabel. Gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs.

Einige Leute haben sich über eine steile Treppe beschwert. Für uns war es eine ganz normale Treppe in einem ganz normalen Haus.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie, bo tak to trzeba nazywać, to najlepsze co mogło mnie spotkać. Od fantastycznej lokalizacji, 5 minut do pociągu, 3 minuty do centrum Monopoli, przez świetne wyposażenie, kuchnia, łazienka, pralka, suszarka, żelazko, mega wygodne łóżka i poduszki, dosłownie wszystko. Największą wartością jest wspaniały właściciel. Czuliśmy się jak na wakacjach u wujka. Niebywale serdeczna osoba, która przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło. Opowiedziała o okolicy i pomagała w każdej nawet nie typowej potrzebie. Wrócimy do Monopoli na pewno, bo to miejsce nas urzekło, a jak będziemy wracać to tylko z noclegiem w tym miejscu. Prawdziwa ocena to 20/10.

L’accueil de Sabino, ses attentions, l’emplacement, la qualité et la propreté du logement, la grande terrasse, les équipements (machine à laver, machine à expresso etc…), la clarté et l’ensoleillement de l’appartement.

Spacious well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment with an outside terrace. We appreciated that coffee and tea, sugar, and milk as well as juice boxes, olive oil and vinegar, and laundry soap were available. Our host provided us with great recommendations re restaurants, bakery, wine store, and beaches. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, which was appreciated. The apartment is well located close to the historic center. Free street parking available in front, or if full, a free parking lot is nearby.

Nothing - it was great. Only caution would be for those with mobility issues as the apartment is located on the 2nd floor (considered to be the 3rd floor in Canada), so it’s a lot of stairs to climb up, especially with luggage. Our host carried mine up for me - grazie!
