The Calm Oasis

I stayed here twice at the beginning and again at the end of the tour. For the first time, I had The Calm Oasis in a spacious, comfortable room with great views. The pool is of good size. Dinner is good with huge selection by area / culture for breakfast. I like to expand my experience so will try something once.

Each was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and genuinely enthusiastic, whilst still displaying total professionalism. They showed pride in providing exceptional customer service to one and all. Lovely swimming pool with lush gardens and caring staff.

Room is spacious and all room amenities are prepared sufficiently for my family without the needs to request for more. Pleasant staff everywhere, memorable dining experience.

Great start with the service, meet and transfer from the airport. After a lovely long flight that is welcome and welcome. The driver went ahead to say that we were almost at the hotel and was therefore brought straight to my room by the receptionist. I love swimming and cake from a small shop in the lobby and two clean room services.

All staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Property was very clean and well maintained. Ease of transportation from hotel to Bus Station is amazing. Restaurants on site had really tasty food!

The hotel has a lovely courtyard and garden full of flowers and restaurant options.But the jewel in the crown is an employee from a lovely woman who checked us in Vanna Sweeten, who left my glass full and more, it was a great experience for us that we never forgot that we were touched by Everyone waved us out of us, had a piece in our throat that we were made to feel special!

We had a wonderful Siem Reap visit, staying at this beautiful and well located hotel. Staff was accommodating and very hospitable. Thank you for the nice welcome at the front desk and thanks for arranged a free pick up from the Bus Station in the City.
