"nice not more than that"

the staff were nice

air conditioner not warming, the beds hard like rock , we had to change room because there was a problem with the hot water in shower , the air conditioner didn’t work in the first Nd second room. and after all i had to pay 110,000 dong more than written in booking!!

Good size room for the price, good aircon, fridge etc. Very helpful lady at reception. Location pretty good also.

Not very well cleaned, several long hairs on floor and bed, would rate hotel at 7.5 if possible.
