È stato tutto molto soddisfacente, se proprio devo mettere un’appunto su un miglioramento: un’attaccapanni vicino alla vasca idromassaggio aiuterebbe!

It's probably an ideal place to stay for a night or two. We stayed for 6 nights and it wasn't very suitable. The area is quite dirty and approximately 10 minutes from the old town. In the suite, there is no wardrobe to store clothes, apart from 4 or 5 hangers in the fridge room. There is no ironing board either. The hot tub is directly beside the bed, which is a bit awkward and messy? There is no room service as in the room wasn't cleaned during our 6 night stay. When you understand that Palermo is a dusty and quite dirty city, this isn't great. Towels weren't changed either and we had to ask for fresh ones, which we were told were free on this occasion. Unsure whether we'd have been charged had we requested more fresh towels. We also asked for more shampoo/shower gel, and were given a half used bottle of shampoo that seemed like it was left behind by another tourist at one stage. There was no facilities for washing machines etc, which would've allowed us to wash the towels. There is also no glasses to drink from. I was a bit baffled as there is plates and cutlery but no glasses. The terrace is nice however the view is of a courtyard with scaffolding all around you. Maybe our expectations were too high or maybe it was the wrong type of accommodation but I probably wouldn't stay there again. I feel like it lacks some basic amenities which would make it a great place to stay. On the day of the checkout, which is at 10am, the owner knocked on the door at 10am sharp basically telling us it was time to go, which we thought was a bit pushy. We were nearly ready to go and left by 1005hrs but there was no grace period allowed.

Top Lage,Sehr schöne Suite und Bequemes Bett. Alles top sauber. Sehr ruhig im Zimmer .

Die Wasserpumpe war nach Gebrauch gut zuhören.
