Hotel Neo+ Kebayoran Jakarta

I do not had any breakfast at the hotel, I wasn't so sure if the breakfast was included or part of hotel complimentary, so I don't have chance to enjoy it exclusively.

The fire alarm was ringing. I was told that some guest were having cig in the room that wasn't supposed to. If it is up to me as the owner of the place I would make a regulation to give fine to the guest that having cig inside the room that wasn't supposed to. That way the hotel management can protect it's property and the insurance side of it. For me I'm used to fire drill at my facility I have time of reaction of evacuating go outside the building for safety also if I may add, I can't recall if the hotel had any escape plan if somehow fire does happen. The hotel staff did sent their apologies, and that's good thoughts. I was thinking because of the inconvenience night the hotel management should offer free pass voucher for one night or something.

My room's toilet at 1112,were always flooded with water. Hate it so much.

The location is good to the place I needed to go.

There was no EV charging even though this feature was listed on Booking.com! I chose this hotel because of this feature, yet when I arrived there, there was nothing. I would have chosen another hotel if there's no EV charging feature. I'm not sure which fault is this for putting the incorrect feature on the listing, but writing a feature/facilities without actually having it, is a big mistake. Also there were many small cockroaches in the room, and the breakfast was not really good.
