Everything is brand new, the view is amazing.

Apartment is on 4.th floor and the building is without elevetor, it is not soutuble for olderly people. And the location of the apartment is in the meddle of village about 1 km from decent beach. There is nothing interesting near you even coffee shop.

The apartment was just what I needed! Very quiet, clean, cozy, with everything that is necessary. Also totally new. 2 air conditioners so you keep cool in the hot weather. The balcony was awesome plus because you could hide there in 34 degrees heat, relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Apartment is very close to Kastela beach with lots of activities to do there. Very close to bus stops so you can come from airport easily and go to Trogir or Split easily. The hostess was awesome, arranged earlier arrival than possible. Entry to apartment was easy.

The photos described very well the accommodation. Everything was modern, minimalist and yet had everything needed. The place offers anything you need for a longer stay by the beach. from washing machine, to dishes, drying rack, iron etc. The host replied to all requests and helped when needed. The apartment complex is a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach which is not very crowded.

If you stay longer you have to consider the cleaning situation, since it's an apartment. A vacuum was provided upon request but that is probably not something everyone wants to do on vacation. Everything else just great!

The apartments are located 5 min far from the beach, 100 m a from the bus stop and it takes less than 30 minutes to get to Split / or airport. Shops of any kind are easily reachable, even by walking. Very near to the old historical places. Exceptionally clean, modern, fully furnished apartment made us feel so relaxed and like home.The host deserves a huge "thank you" for their willingness to assist and quick responses to any requests, which were extremely valuable.The guests are welcomed with genuine kindness and empathy.

The internet connection could be improved for better stability. However, overall, the accommodation has exceeded our expectations.

Everything is perfect in this apartment)

The family appartement with separate bedroom and kitchen studio was amazing! Kitchen has all necessary equipment for comfortable life including microwave and dish washer! Balcony from 3rd floor has fascinating sight to the Sea! Additionaly we had a present including bottle of local wine and some snacks at the appartement when we checked into) The nearest beach is just 5 mins walking! Stuff is really kind and friendly.

Great apartment, totally new. Absolutely recommend for couples and families. Close to the beach, cosy barbecue area.
