B&B situé dans une impasse très calme, possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour. La tour de Pise n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de l'établissement. Nos hôtes étaient absolument charmants, n'hésitant à promouvoir leur ville, les bons petits restaurants, ainsi que les visites intéressantes aux alentours de Pise. Au petit déjeuner, ils nous faisaient déguster une petite spécialité sucrée ou salée. Accueil très chaleureux.

Aspetto, qualità e pulizia della struttura. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Posizione molto comoda per le nostre esigenze, comunque anche il centro di Pisa è raggiungibile a piedi in un tempo ragionevole.

Un po' di rumore dalla ferrovia, ma non tanto da disturbare il sonno di notte. Qualche zanzara inevitabile, malgrado tutti gli accorgimenti...

Excellent stay and we were treated like family. 15 minute walk to the Tower area. Room was spacious and seemed new. Breakfast was out of this world with homemade selections and ability to sit outside. Gated parking included was nice.

The welcome was excellent. The breakfast exceptional and the accommodation clean and comfortable. The hostess could not do enough to ensure we were well cared for.

Nothing of significance.

Communication with the owner through Booking was very good, and we were personally welcomed by his parents, who were super friendly, talking with them was a real pleasure. Although the older gentleman didn’t speak English well, it was still enough to explain everything clearly. The room was of a high standard - the property was likely recently renovated. Excellent integrated air conditioning (efficient and quiet), comfortable beds, electric blinds that allow the room to be completely darkened, and tasty breakfasts. During our stay, there was a power outage on the entire street. A plus was that the owner took the initiative to inform us about the situation even before we returned to the room. It is just a short walk, about a dozen minutes, to the Leaning Tower.

A short power outage required manually opening the blinds, and during that time, the water in the shower wouldn't drain. However, this does not affect my rating - such situations can happen, and the owner's initiative to inform us about everything is a definite plus.

B&B vicinissimo al centro storico di Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli è raggiungibile a piedi. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta: i gentilissimi proprietari ci hanno fornito tantissime indicazioni per sfruttare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Camera pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e colazione variegata. Possibilità di parcheggio privato.

Everything - perfect location. Very clean and comfortable and the owners were exceptionally good hosts. Very quiet yet so close to centre of the amazing city of Pisa
