The location is probably the biggest selling point; it's walking distance to a huge Matosinhos beach. The property is well maintained and has a cool character. There are good restaurants, supermarket, metro station, laundry, all in walking distance. It's also right off the alternate caminho coastal route out of Porto.

The room could use a dehumidifier and some hooks and shelves in the bathroom. The shower had a bit of mold in the grout, and there was some water damage on the door frame near the shower. Also it would be cool if there was an HDMI cable to hook up a laptop or phone to the TV.
