Beautifully renovated townhouse, easy walk to CBD

The Hosts were very thoughtful and had the heater on before we arrived so the house was warm. They had also left a light on so we could easily see as we were arriving late at night. There were lots of thoughtful items left in kitchen for our use. The house was very clean. Sheets on bed high quality. Heated floor in bathroom a bonus.

The big curtain in main bedroom didn’t close all the way to the end which let out some heat. It did not impact privacy though

Wonderful beds and bedding, warm in winter, close to city centre.

Leaking shower, towel rail didn't work, grubby living room feature rug, insufficient lounge seating

We were arriving late in the evening, so the host turned the heater on so we wouldn't come into a cold house. Very thoughtful and an extra touch. I didn't even think to ask.

No heater on the bedroom / bathroom level, but the beds were really warm.

Great location, clean, great space & facilities. Nice & warm - nice shower & comfortable beds.

Nothing to dislike.

It was central to everything. It was great to have space for everyone, separate bedrooms. Amenities were great. Clean and tidy. Far better than staying in a boring motel.

There is an ant problem, but that is common in parts of Blenheim. The downstairs part of the house is cold, but typical of NZ homes. The mattresses were too soft, but that is a personal thing.

Clean, spacious, warm, comfortable. Location is amazing. A lot of room for family. All facilities are in great condition, has everything that need to live there comfortably.
