- location is perfect, right at the town centre and close to almost everything - room was very clean and newly built. Plus you get a nice TV with Netflix and other streaming apps installed. This was great because we were tired and wanted to just relax and watch Netflix one of the days. - Dũng is a great host and super helpful with anything you need. He gave us a list of things to do, and it was quite helpful. - the breakfast options are limited and if you’re a vegetarian like my wife, might be a problem. The pho served was great though and very flavourful. - they also have a grocery store out front on the ground floor and it’s very convenient to get supplies at a very reasonable price.

The first morning when Dũng was away, I was served a cold slimy fried egg with bread. This was the only complaint I had, but it’s a very minor one. Another point to note is that the property is listed as beach front, but it really isn’t. It is however close to the main promenade at Cat Ba.
