I was on a motorcycle so quite accessible for me…not sure how accessible without own transportation. No English spoken but everyone quick to use translation app. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Air conditioner doubles as a heater and I was glad to use it all night. A very adequate hotel for a short stay.
