Buckingham Place at the Royal William Yard

Location... unique, grand building, with history...good bars and restaurants nearby.. about 40min walk to Barbican though...but easy and bus was easy to.. very nice ambience. Good parking available if speak to host they can explain.. at reasonable cost. .. good bathroom and kitchen facilities...

Apartment was very nicely appointed having what we needed for time we were there apart from no hairdryer which was listed on booking .com.. told landlord but didn't replace while we were there which was a bit disappointing when wife was reliant on it being there. Historic windows made ventilation of room at night difficult.. but generally ok..

Beautiful apartment in the fantastic royal William yard. This place has so much character and is very peaceful and relaxing. Lots to do in local area and plenty of choice of nice eateries.

Was lucky to enough to have no complaints at all.

The communication was excellent which explained in detail the entry process. The facilities were excellent as well as being very clean & tidy, i would stay again.

as i have stayed in the RWY many times previously, there wasn't anything i didn't like, i got what i had expected.

The location. And view.

There are all constructive comments. The bathroom lights are faulty and flick on & off. The big red lamp in the lounge did not work and according to the maintenance booklets had not done so for years. The freezer needs de icing. The clothes airer is broken The kitchen under cabinet lighting is loose and does not work. Thankyou It was a fantastic apartment and we had a great stay.

Beautiful location and very well presented flat with well fitting furnishings. Instructions for how to check in are clear and the host is always very helpful if an issue arises. The room is spacious and although ours overlooked the Parking and Pedestrian areas the blinds were very suitable for providing privacy. The views from the back of Clarence are absolutely stunning especially during sunset and there's plenty of small beaches/ grass areas 5 minutes walk away from the room. Overall one of the best places I have stayed, thank you.

Some light bulbs don't work but this is only minor as the majority work. A few out of reach areas aren't very clean such as the underfloor sockets but again very minor. The only main thing I'd say is that from looking at reviews prior to staying individuals complained that there was no welcome pack/ manuals for equipment this isn't the case and there is one kitchen cupboard to the left. It may be good to leave this on the consort table as it's not evident and myself being a tall individual struggled to reach it.

I loved the location of this property and the view. The flat was gorgeous and perfect for the three of us who went there.

Uncomfortably soft beds. There were only two mugs and no wine glasses.
