Tru By Hilton Baltimore Harbor East

I loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff genuinely seemed to be happy to be there and were very friendly. Hotel is clean, I loved the room size and layout, lots of hooks for clothes, fresh and clean feeling, nice lobby that was a nice place to eat and hang out, love the 24/7 coffee in the lobby, close to lots of things like restaurants, Little Italy, .... really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. A hotel feeling clean is a biggie.

The property was in a great location, close to the inner harbor and Camden Yards. The hotel was quiet and clean. The parking garage located directly across the street was extremely convenient.

The breakfast selection was good but could have included a bit more. There was always a line for the make your own pancake machine.

No había un área verde para poder sacar a nuestro perro de servicio. En la parte de atrás del hotel hay una alfombra de grama artificial que fue de mucha ayuda pero en la noche habían demasiadas ratas por la basura de los restaurantes cercanos.

Having to park across the street in a parking garage and having to pay for it. Looking out the window to see someone’s junky backyard and the rude maid when I asked for some clean towels
