Great location, clean space, host helpful with quick questions

Very convenient location. 2 steps from BGC high street. We liked friendly stuff, fast check in, digital lock in apartment. Also it’s very cozy inside. Everything you need there is - like kitchen stuff for cooking, microwave, a fridge. Apartment is clean. No insects (it’s important in Manila!😁) If you like McDonald’s it’s just in front of the place.

Great location, close to restaurants. The laundry facilities are also useful as you will need to change your clothes more frequently in a hot country. Very spacious stay with plenty of room for wardrobe. The kitchen facilities were great too.

The air-conditioning location is not ideal as it hits you directly while on the bed. I also had to ask for help via Whatsapp as the support is not the same as a hotel. The room cleaning was scheduled for every 4 days but kept being "forgotten" so our room was only cleaned twice within a 14 day stay. Each time the room was cleaned there was something that was forgotten, e.g. hand towels, no refill of toilet paper. I also noticed that the property required a bit of maintenance as I found some mould in the room, and the curtains would not shut completely.

It's located in BGC and the staff very helpful.

The room feels a little bit older than the pictures and it's too noisy.

Too small for the price. Interior is old, cables are hanging freely around.
