Beautiful place in Beautiful surroundings.

The location was fantastic, wonderful views, peaceful. Access very good for elderly parents too. Great social space for all.

A few small issues, the underfloor heating in one bathroom was so hot to feet, seemed a bit excessive for July. Quite a lot of cobwebs, in bedrooms especially. Few more serving dishes would have been useful. A parasol would have been a great addition outside.

Very private and quiet. Great views across the countryside.

Property not really suitable for 6 adult people as only two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area so if toilet needed through the night you would have to wander into one of the occupied bedrooms to use it.

A really lovely 'cottage' - well designed and thought out - a large living space with a bedroom and bathroom either end. Lots of kitchen equipment etc. And ideal with a dog. Very accommodating owners who answered any queries very quickly.

Definitely needs some sort of shade for the outside (large umbrella, awning, etc). We were glad it wasn't too sunny when we were there!

Lovely,fabulous views of the surrounding countryside,comfortable beds, everything was there that you needed. Lovely sunset and views of the moon. So peaceful and the places we visited were only 20-30 mins drive

There was nothing to not like

A truly exceptional location, in the countryside with views across the valley and further afield. Amazing skyscape from the lovely patio in front of the property and views from inside through the full length sliding windows. Stunning to see the thunderstorm come in from miles away and yet feel comfortable and safe inside the barn. A really well equipped holiday property with just about everything one might need for a stay for 4 people. The configuration of the two bedrooms, both en-suite, is excellent, allowing for privacy and total practicality. The property has total peace and quiet- the farms around certainly are far enough away from the property that any farm noise is totally distant and insignificant, which was a possible worry before we stayed at the property.
