The guy bijay ( Vijay ) who were helping us to do check in he was Serving the attitude in front of me being a Advocate I dont like his behavior. Bijay ( Vijay ) didn't know how to talk the guest . He Having a attitude problem and ego problem.

Nothing on this stay

This was my 4th stay on this property but this time I am disappointed, The front desk staff Yogesh was were rude , unprofessional,not a smiling face ,it seems like he was unwilling working . We have ordered extra water bottle which was of ₹20 but they charge us ₹53 and at time of c/out Yogesh told us it was complimentary and we have already paid the amount..I mean seriously he was so unaware ..Stayed in 203 A.C was not working properly,broken hanger was placed, previously stayed guest shaving kit cover was there ,Shower diverter not working,tissues was inserted in smoke detector..we have ordered kali mirch chicken it was tasting like butter chicken.i would never recommend anyone to came here and not stay again here.
