the food was terribly expensive, the location is very remote, no staff available to attend any request, room was small, just a room, what is mentioned in the website is not available

Pros: 1. Room was fairly new and bed reasonably comfortable 2. Just on the Guruvayur highway- still 45 mins drive to Guruvayur temple, bear in mind. Price reflects the same 3. 3 bed option available, reasonable price Cons: 1. Cleanliness was not great. We asked for a soiled blanket to be changed but no action was taken 2. Towels were missing, on asking it was never delivered as promised 3. No lifts - be prepared to walk uo stairs 4. Staff attitude left a lot to be desired . No one was available over night. They delivered nothing that was promised

No lifts and rooms which shown in booking. Com is not matching actually.Actually the hotel is for the patients bi standers for Amala hospital

My booking was not effective since I made some changes in my Itinerary though I made changes in the check-in date the effect is not reflected in the booking site .Due to this I had to pay extra for Re-booking the same Room . The proper customer service feedback could have avoided this hassle.
