Jardín de Stela Hotel

There was no bathroom inside. They gave us a key and a lock for a Bathroom outside . Uncomfortable and expensive

I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, top bunk bed. The mattrace is soft. You can pull a curtain around your bed to have your space. Lockers inside room. No window for fresh air. There's a fan. There's a nice green garden and tables to sit at. However, the dorm is small and if you're an early riser, there's nowhere to chill because it's cold outside early morning (April). Quiet , close to centre, and there's a restaurant on site (which I haven't tried). One bathroom for the dorm. The staff is nice. It's OK to stay a night, but for longer stays I'd try private rooms.

Great location next to Iglesia de La Merced, quiet room in the backyard with garden, friendly hotel staff, drinking water could be refilled

Only cold water in the shower, hotel staff spoke only Spanish, cash payment in local currency was required and ATM cash withdrawal charged super high fees

Food could be improved.

We loved the little garden to get some tranquility from all the traffic and noise in the city. Very nice rooms especially the ones with the two double beds, very spacious. Nice and helpful staff who take good care of the place. Good and cheap laundry service just across the street. Just like the nice Cafe Fernando.

It was all good. The second night we had to switch rooms to the room in the front. The music from the reception/ kitchen was a bit too loud and played all evening and morning.

The hostel is clean and the staffs are nice, it has its own restaurant so you can have breakfast or dinner there too.

All I needed for a three night stay! Appreciated the water filter in the common garden and that it was quiet at night! Having a restaurant on the grounds was also very handy. Amazing location and great for the price - I would return
