I'm happy with the room and everything provided.

I had a lot of luggage with me but the bell boy from Mercure Hotel didn't help out at all and told me I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest. I asked permission to just let me use the luggage trolley so I can manage my luggage to the room but he still refuses to let me use that luggage trolley and said I'm not a Mercure Hotel guest and I can't have that facility. The attitude is so rude and not helpful.

the location, walking distance to Jesselton point, Gaya street, restaurants... easy check in (even though at 1 am in the morning) the price of the property - value for money

perhaps to consider having washing machine/dryer
