Stanza pulita, dotata dei giusti confort Letto molto comodo Palazzo silenzioso e a max 20 Min di passeggio dal centro. Super comodo ingresso in struttura con codice d'accesso senza doversi portar dietro chiavi. Ottimo bar là vicino x fare colazione. La consiglio vivamente

La ubicación es excelente. Un alojamiento muy completo, limpio y moderno. La cocina, nevera, y mini comedor son zonas comunes. Tienen cafetera de cápsulas, infusiones, etc. La habitación dispone de un secador de pelo muy potente que va genial, por si alguien no lleva de casa. Por el tema del aparcamiento de la zona, es mayoritariamente zona azul, de pago, el cual puedes pagar en el parquímetro o por una aplicación que te descargas en el móvil. Lo recomiendo.

L'appartement est bien situé à quelques rues du marché couvert et du centre historique. La chambre est jolie, propre et les parties communes sont bien équipées. Un parking couvert payant est à côté, ainsi que des places gratuites dans la rue.

Geweldig verblijf gehad in Cagliari! Ruime kamer met alle nodige faciliteiten, super proper en goede gastheer & gastvrouw.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación y el baño, eran modernos y cómodos.

Lo peor de nuestra estancia fue que el departamento estaba en un edificio residencial y habia una obra de construcción en el piso arriba nuestro. Fue imposible dormir por la mañana, por lo cual tuvimos que pedir el reembolso y alquilar otra habitación en otro lado por nuestra cuenta. La dueña respondió rápido ante nuestra queja pero no pudo solucionar el problema, sólo nos dió el reembolso. La ubicación no nos gustó mucho tampoco. Es una zona residencial pero no había muchas opciones para comer cerca y había varias zonas en construcción.

Posizione ottima anche per chi arriva in macchina, si trova facilmente parcheggio a pagamento e non. Letto comodo, stanza di grandezza giusta. Molto gradita la possibilità di prendere in prestito l'ombrellone per la spiaggia.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Sehr höfliche Gastgeber.

The room was located in a converted old apartment-3 ensuited bedrooms and a communal kitchen and lounge. The fit out looked new and the communal area was very thoughtfully equipped and provisioned. The complex was a short walk to one of the major shopping strips and there was a small supermarked across the street. There was a lovely patisserie and a bread shop very close by. There is a lift so we didn't have to drag our heavy suitcases up the stairs. We arrived early and the owner kindly let us come in and leave our bags until our room was ready.

I booked a Deluxe room but there was some misunderstanding and the owner thought that I was travelling with a child rather than with another adult. The room was too small for us to have both of our suitcases open which is a big deal if you are only staying for a couple of days . Deluxe is deluxe and this was not. The other two available rooms were much bigger so you need to specify that you don't want the small room near the kitchen. This problem was not rectified for us so we had three nights in the small room. This is my only criticism. We were otherwise very impressed.
